warm welcome prompt assistance larger room disabled handle
the staff IS lovely. i got a warm welcome and prompt assistance with my luggage. the room was larger than expected. it featured a bathtub with a disabled handle, a thoughtful addition.
i have a small problem, it SEEMED the windows could not be opened above the third floor, so i could not air out the room properly. this was a minor inconvenience.

friendly staff clean hotel convenient parking
the staff were very friendly. the hotel is clean. parking is available in the garage down the street for $45 overnight. i found this arrangement convenient for my needs. the location allowed easy access to nearby areas.
the coffee machine did not work very well. i found the tv difficult to operate.

I appreciated the purified water station available on multiple floors it made refilling my water bottle very convenient. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful with directions. My room featured organic soap and shampoo, a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location provided easy access to chinatown and union square.
The decor appears somewhat dated, which could benefit from a refresh.

a good stay downtown
convenient location ample space comfortable bed friendly staff
The location was very nice. Public transportation was only steps away. my room had plenty of space, and i found it clean (i'm quite particular about cleanliness). the bed was large and wonderfully comfortable. I slept so soundly. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.
the coffee provided in the room wasn't really to my taste (but there are plenty of nearby cafes).

great location cable car spacious bathroom dated decor unfamiliar staff payment confusion
the location is fantastic, very close to union square. i found a cable car stop just around the corner. i also appreciated the spacious bathroom (it was super clean!).
i noticed the decor felt a bit dated. the front desk employee wasn't familiar with travel debit cards. there was some confusion regarding the payment process (this was a bit frustrating after a long flight).
