Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the view was not the best compared to other 4-star hotels in the US. The bed was exceptionally cozy, so much so that we had to keep our shoes on inside the room.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from Union Square and Chinatown, offering a perfect balance between access to the city buzz and a peaceful retreat. The rooms were cozy and nicely furnished, although a bit stuffy without the option to open windows. The service was top-notch, with Broc, Philip, and Collins going above and beyond to cater to our needs, despite a slight delay in car retrieval. The dining options were satisfactory, but perhaps a bit overpriced for what was offered. The hotel's facilities were great, including a convenient little cardio room for quick workouts.
My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic. The rooms were not only spacious and spotless but also very comfortable. The service was exceptional; the staff couldn't do enough for us, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was great, being very central yet surprisingly quiet. However, the dining options were a bit limited, which was a small drawback.
The hotel room was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable, offering spacious accommodation with all the necessary amenities. However, being located next to the elevator caused noise disturbances that affected the quality of sleep. The room featured a huge bed with excellent linens, fast wifi, a mini fridge, safe, AC, coffee maker, blackout curtains, and nice bathroom products.
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed for my first trip to SF. The rooms were lovely overall, though one breakfast staff member stood out negatively. The hotel had plenty of storage space and was clean and comfortable with my four big luggages. The location was outstanding, and the service was great with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel offers a boutique-style stay in San Francisco around the $300 price point. The rooms, though older in style, are well-maintained and comfortable. The service, from the front desk to the valets, is top-notch. The location is central near Union Square, but the steep hilly area might be a challenge for walks. Dining in SF is excellent, offering seasonal salads at a reasonable price.
Staying at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a separate living room, two large screen TVs, a fridge, and a coffee maker. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The location couldn't have been better, being close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The dining experience was decent, although some dishes were not my favorite. Overall, a great value for money option with excellent facilities.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and close to some great restaurants and shops. Everything was extremely clean with first-class decor. The range of toiletries provided was great. However, a few improvements could be made in terms of service.
The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy, featuring a convenient coffee machine to kick start the day, although the coffee supplies were limited. The location facing the street was perfect for a vibrant city stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel in San Francisco. The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to explore the city. The coffee machine was a nice touch, although more capsules would have been appreciated. The location was excellent, with easy access to popular attractions like the Embarcadero and Chinatown.
The hotel rooms were really quiet and absolutely spotless, with all the amenities needed. I loved the turn down service, but after the 2nd time I called to complain, it was a bit of a downside.
